Rachel has maintained a full time private practice in Kennebunk since 2000.  Her practice continues to evolve using many different healing modalities that empower her clients. Over the years she has been honored to work in many different settings from corporate, assisted living facilities, to being a team member for eight years at SMMC as an Oncology Massage Therapist.  She has spent more than ten years as a Hospice volunteer. ​

Rachel has spent most of her adult life pursuing holistic healing.  She was introduced to Reiki in the early 1990’s and discovered her passion. Trained in both traditional and non-traditional methods of Usui Reiki.   She became a Reiki Master in 1998 and has been teaching Reiki since 2001.   In 1999 she successfully finished her Reflexology Certification program with Janet E. Stetser.   In 2003 she completed her course of study at New Hampshire Institute for Therapeutic Arts and became a Maine Licensed Massage Therapist.  
She gives thanks and gratitude to her many teachers and clients who continue to teach and inspire her. 

Rachel has a love for long distance backpacking.  She has hiked over 7,000 miles being in the wilderness or following a path on a sacred pilgrimage. She embraces these journeys as distinctive challenges that have provided her with profound life lessons and fundamental truths that continually shape her life.   

A wife, mother and grandmother, Rachel is honored to provide individualized support and personal guidance with her sacred training and unique presence.
